Most of the services announced in the brochure are not available at all! (e.g. internet, whirlpool).
Reception service rather unfriendly.

Definitelly, the hotel is not a 3 star one. We booked a double room, but we were offered a triple one. The, for breakfast, we had only some bread and salami. Nothing more! This is unacceptable. Not to mention the fact the hotel is under renovation and the workers made noise all the time.

The hotel is very friendly and the staff are great but it is slightly faded in grandeur but a night it looks great. The food is good and the Chocolate Souffle is wonderful. The interent is not reliable and leaves alot to be desired although this is not the hotels fault but the providers fault. The bus to town is not reliable although it is free.!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, but a bit noisy on the street side. Mostly friendly staff. Within easy walking distance of centre of Thessaloniki.

nicely renovated among rooms, inside nothing special, cold - heating didnīt work. Good parking facilities. Early morning (4,30 - noice from the constructions :-(((

The hotel was good, a little on the expensive side, but it was very hard to find. The online maps are very vague. They need a much clearer map.

I left the Astoria Hotel Thessaloniki immediately upon viewing the room. Totally unacceptable and I would never give this place even one star. Dismal place!

The Hotel is very nice and in a good condition. It is near the city center and you can visit everything by feet. The rooms were clean and quite large. I liked the atmosphere and that everyone was very friendly.

Bad location-really not in the centre,no parking available,the hotel needs better service - during the breakfast we missed several times coffee,drinks,cheese etc.and even attandance!

This hotel was very accommodating. Great coffee in the morning. Bathroom is a bit like a boat bathroom but there is enough room and the facilities work perfectly. Clean, very friendly and very helpful
staff! Very easy to get around the city from this point if you are on foot. I would certainly stay here again.

We only stayed in the Pella for 3 nights, but we found the hotel to be pleasent and good value.
The hotel is quite well situated in the centre of town, and close to many good restraunts, although it is a bit of a walk to the museums and White Tower.
Our room was extremely good for €60 a night in June, with air conditioning, balcony, flat screen TV, comfy beds and plenty of room.
The bathroom was however not quite as nice, being rather cramped and with a poor shower.
Nevertheless, for the price it is hard to fault the Pella, especially when breakfast was included as well, which is usually an extra €6.
The staff were also very helpful and spoke excellent English.
