I think 10% is being very generous. Check-in was a joke...only one person and a whole lot of people trying to check in and out. Mind you, people checking out were given preference to \"make their flights\" even though those of us checking in were well ahead of them in line. Breakfast was nasty. Tasteless food, poor variety. We also asked for a late check-out and was told it was unavailable UNLESS we paid $106 euro and then we could stay until 6 p.m. WHAT A JOKE...NEVER AGAIN!!!
