This hotel was what we expected. Great location and within walking distance for the Acropolis plus the train station plus lots of places to eat in the area. The room was simple but clean and just what we needed. The breakfast was very basic but adequate. I would use this hotel again if I was trying to book the same trip. |

We were very pleased and surprised how quiet the Phidias Hotel is given its location on the busy walking street. We were not kept awake at all despite all the cafes so close by and open late. Also super location for getting around by metro and seeing the sights on foot, and we felt completely safe walking to the metro at 5 am for our flight home. Nice staff. We'll stay there again for sure. |

Could not have asked for a better location or nicer host. We were able to take the metro and walk a few meters to the hotel. The Acropolis was within walking distance as is the Plaka and Monastriaki. The room was clean and comfortable. |
