My stay in Athens started badly since my room at hotel Fivos was'nt reserved. I lost one hour to find a solution with the personal and your office. I spent the first night in a horrible hot room without water. I'm shocked that I dont receive any word of apology from you. Altought I received 20 euro refund this room was very expensive!!
The personal of hotel Fivos was friendly and my second room was ok but just noisy and badly isolated. But the balance price/quality is not so good, it should be rather 35 or 40 euro per night.
