Two issues I had: the aircon did not cool, only the fan worked.
It's not possible to leave the luggage in a secured place after checkout.

1)Location was very convenient and accessible to train stn. However, not very safe with addicts/hoboes lurking around the area.
2)Roof terrace pool and restaurant has excellent view of City/Acropolis
3)Room was adequate, except bed mattress was way too soft!

I stayed for only one night. I would never ever stay again. The room was tiny. The food at breakfast was cold, old, watered down, soggy, or generally distasteful. The receptionist was mean and unhelpful. Extraneous charges abound. Athens is beautiful. Enjoy Athens! Don't stay in this hotel!

The hotel doesn't look much like the photos and cannot be considered 4-star. It's in a rather questionable area, with abandoned buildings and dodgy-looking people on the streets. No international channels on the TV. Staff polite, room clean, but no shower curtain! Breakfast OK but coffee dreadful. Very central.

we ask for a room for a couple and they give us 2 simple beds...there was no shower curtain, the road beside the hotel was dangerous at anytime of the day, the pool was close, two floors were in construction so my dust alergies was improve, the personel was not very smiling and i know that they're not responsive of any lost but I lost my wedding ring in the room...
