As ever the centre of Athens high society, geographically and figuratively, but now at last physically renovated to a comparable standard.
Jaw-dropping 7am - 11am international breakfast buffet (included) in the rooftop restaurant, looking at the Acropolis (also visible from some top floor suites; and on the other side, the Changing of the Evzone Guard at the Tomb of the Unknoewn Soldier outside the Palace.)
Flawless housekeeping, and excellent plumbing works properly!!
Winter Garden and bar amusing to observe Athenian life and stunning waitresses.
The only flaw was that on one day it was invaded by passengers from two luxury liners.
