+ The room was very clean. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. - The room decoration was obsolete. Very very poor breakfast and not tasty at all.

Unfortunately, can only agree with my predecessing commentators: pitch-dark room (even on a bright May day I needed to switch the lights on, the conference room we used was too dark as well), the breakfast buffet is highly disappointing, the interior looks worn out. On the good side the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful - real Greek hospitality. A pity the hotel facilities themselves cannot live up to their standard. :-(

i cant believe that this hotel is 4-star...its unbelievable..the room is too small and so old..the price is too high for this room...believe me

This hotel claims itself a 4-star hotel. I am not sure about it before I went to Athens. But I think it should have at least the quality of a 3-star hotel. After I experienced the stay in this hotel, I can only rate it as a 1-star hotel. 1. After check in the room, I found there is only one stairway exit in case of emergency. That make me feel unsafe about it. 2. I am not sure about whether the carpet is clean or not. But its aged form does not look good. 3. For the first day, water leaked from the air conditioner outlet. Luckily, it was fixed on that day. 4. For the first day, the hair dryer can not work after I washed my hair. It was repaired later. But it failed again when I tried to use it two days later. 5. There is no TV channle in English. Although CNN is listed as a available channel, but I can not find it. 6. The room is extremely small. 7. The works in the hotel were working hard. But the owner of the hotel should make enough investment to respond to the high room rate collected from the guests.
