We had a wonderful visit on the island of Hydra and Hotel Miranda made it perfect. Yanis, the Manager is a most gracious host and he goes out of his way to be sure everyone is treated like they are the only guest. We will return and recommend to others. Thanks

We emailed the hotel 2 days prior to arrival to be sure they would hold our room and received a message saying "no problem." When we arrived, they had no sea view room as we had booked. They offered meals in their French restaurant as compensation, but the menu was unappealing to us. Disappointing despite the beautiful views and great location.

An elevator would have been useful.Over all we enjoyed our stay,staff extremely helpfull and nice.

Have been to many hotels in the world both with and without family but have seldom stayed in a place that is run so loveless as this one. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Located close to the harbour. Excellent and helpfull staff, room facilities, and super deluxe breakfast served outside.

the hotel and staff we amazing. since it was the low season the pool was closed but the beach front is only a 5 min walk. and the 24hr bakery next door was way convienent!!! only downside was you cant flush the toilet paper and i got locked out a couple times so i has to wait for someone to let me in at like 3am.

The service was terrible,we signed up for 3 bedroom and when we arrived she didint even know who we were, and i booked it 3 weeks before.Instead they placed us in a 2bedroom room with very small beds, their was no room to walk in there.They gave us a coffee maker that was broken..they didnt even reamburshed our money for the one day they owed us!!

On arrival we were greeted by a very grumpy hotel manager. He was very rude and abrupt. Once in our \"triple room\" (double bed and small lounge as third bed).
The airconditioning remote was missing. We asked grumpy manager for the remote and he refused to give it to us saying it would cost us extra. After much debate we were given the remote and told if we used the aircon after 10pm he would come into our room and take the remote from us. (It was very hot and stuffy in the room at night).
There was no shower in our room just a half sized bath with a tap. It had little or sometimes no water pressure and often no hot water. The toilet had to be hand pumped to flush.
The pool was so murkey we couldn\'t see the bottom of it. It looked too dirty to swim in. There is simply no jacuzzi or hydromassage. The bar is unfinished so is not open.
Breakfast actually gave me food poisening (no im not exaggerating.) We were given no map or information about the island.
Other guests we spoke to said the air con in their rooms did not work.
DO NOT stay at this hotel. There are too many beautiful, friendly hotels to stay at on Santorini to waste your time and money on this joke.

Great apartment for the price. Apartments are very clean and the hotels position right on the beach cannot be surpassed. Stavros at the bar and his partner behind the scenes provide everything you could want for a typical Greek holiday. We will be going back

The grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was very nice, but the manager did seem to be upset when the smart key broke, (not my fault) which he said happened to three other people. The hotel is within walking distance to a trendy street of restaurants, shops, and bars. The room, as well as the whole hotel was recently refurbished.
The bed was on wheels and every time I turned in my sleep the bed would move. The shower was a bit small, but the room was large. Noise came through the walls very easily. For the money it\\\'s a pretty good value.

Overall the hotel was great, very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The two downfalls were that there needs to be better signs to show how to get to the hotel as the streets of Mykonos are like a maze!!
In addition, the rooms were air conditioned, however the air conditioner was not very powerful and did not cool the room very well (even when on the coolest temperature and most powerful fan).
